5. Intellectual Property

All reports, assessments, recommendations, and content generated by the Service are proprietary to Lumin Mark. You receive a limited license to use deliverables for your own business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of full assessment content is prohibited without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Assessments and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Lumin Mark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client data as confidential. Business information, assessment results, and strategic recommendations will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Shared public reports display only strengths and general positioning — strategic vulnerabilities are never included.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. We may retain anonymized and aggregated data for analytical purposes.
