  • Shared Reports: If you or your consultant generates a shareable report link, a summary view (strengths only) will be accessible via that link. Full assessment details including strategic vulnerabilities are never included in shared reports.
  • Service Providers: We use infrastructure providers for hosting and AI processing. These providers process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account termination, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
